Arvin Tumulak Crisostomo
A product of Don Bosco Technical High School (A Salesiana Congregation), Cebu City; a dropout from Bachelor of Fine Arts Major in Advertising Arts at University of San Carlos (co-brand of Ateneo De Manila). Served the Sangguniang Kabataan for 6 years and was appointed Vice President of Cebu City SK Councilor's League for 3 years. Chosen as one of the Judges in the 2008 Ten Outstanding Youth Leaders (TOCYL) held in Cebu City. First Filipino to judge twice by an international award-giving body — The Stevie Awards for “Top Performing Corporations in Sales and Marketing Worldwide” in 2016 & 2018. A member of the Cebu Jaycees and a volunteer for the Philippine Red Cross. A self-taught sales agent and entrepreneur at age 17, he founded AC Metal Export Philippines Inc. in 2001 — an export company for metal scraps (HMS 1 & 2) serving clients Asia-wide during the Beijing Olympics in 2006. He began accumulating real estate properties at a young age and eventually diversified into land banking. His expertise has become his stepping stone as a consultant in various private firms in the fields of Finance, Real Estate, Construction, and a Law Firm.
Arch. Nheil Tumulak Crisostomo
A product of Holy Rosary School of Pardo, past president of United Architects of the Philippines — Cebu Chapter (UAP). Graduated from the University of San Carlos TC, Cebu City, and mastered various studies in the field of construction. Currently a professor of USC-TC College of Architecture and Fine Arts (CAFA).
Norajane Villagra Torralba
Graduated High School at The Holy Rosary School of Pardo run by the Congregation of the Dominican Sisters. Took her Bachelor's Degree in Commerce Major in Business Management at the University of San Jose-Recoletos. Appointed as President of PAGASA Youth Association of the Philippines, sponsored by the Department of Social Welfare and Development Region 7, which helped out-of-school youths in the region.
Dr. Felix “Pele” Lopez, Jr. (PhD)
A PhD in Mathematics and professor of De La Salle University; a former Vice President of Multi Bank (an Ilusorio Group), now a member of the consulting group to the monetary board (BSP), and Independent Director of iRemit.
Dr. Romulo Neri (PhD)
A Filipino educator and public servant. He held several high-ranking government positions such as Secretary of Socio-Economic Planning and formerly Director-General of the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA). He finished his B.S. in Business Administration (magna cum laude and class valedictorian), major in Marketing, from the University of the Philippines Diliman in 1970. Neri is an associate professor teaching corporate financial management at the Asian Institute of Management, and previously held an instructor position from 1970 to 1971 at the University of the Philippines College of Business Administration, teaching basic management and marketing. The former NEDA chief joined the government as a planning coordinator at the Philippine National Oil Company. He then rose through the ranks and eventually became Director of the Congressional Budget and Planning Office under the Philippine House of Representatives, where he provided advice to the leadership of the House on socio-economic issues — particularly on fiscal and monetary policies, development financing, and the budget of the national government.

Proposed the bypass road to LGU of Cavite City and Noveleta to traverse the road going to the proposed Sangley Point International Airport in Cavite City with the property of Dulos Properties.

The President & CEO was recruited to Judge nominees of an International Award giving body — The “Stevie Awards” for Sales and Marketing and for Customer Service.
- •Year 2020
The road project commenced, and DPWH awarded to Northern Builders with an estimated approved budget of Php 2.8 Billion.
- •Year 2021
Plans of ARC Megawide & Dulos Corp to engage in partnership was inked thru a Memorandum of Understanding.
- •Year 2022
On March 2022 — The Dulos Family and its Board of Directors inked the Joint Venture Agreement with ARC Megawide Dev’t Co Ltd for their entire estate of 58.9 hectares.

First Quarter of 2022, ARC Megawide opens a new office for the Sangley Westbay City Project at the 16th Flr High Street South Corporate Plaza Tower 1, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.

The Securities and Exchange Commission issued the amended Articles of Partnership which includes the change of official address with SEC Registration number: PL201424462.

The company received a nomination from the award giving body the Rising Tiger of Asia (Asia Awards).

The company’s logo became registered with the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL) No. PH42022527244.
- •Year 2023
Several known big contractors in the country and abroad began to gain interest in joining the project — including Santarli Construction who built the Changi Airport of Singapore, and 21TH Construction Development Corporation who bagged the award for the entire Phase 1 Stage 1 project.
- •Year 2024
The Department of Public Works and Highways issued the Approved Parcellary Plans of the Bypass Road, this time with complete details of its design and bridges with an approved budget of Php 2.8 Billion Pesos.
- •Year 2024
Received an Intent to Fund the project from Korean company Threnium Global Investments SPC, Malaysian Maser Capital SDN BHD, and Chinese Corporation China Shenyang International Economic & Technical Cooperation Corporation Limited.
