The Sangley Westbay City
“The Sangley West Bay City,” known as the “Smart City of The South,” is a proposed project owned by ARC Megawide Dev’t Co. Ltd. The project can be classified as a mixed Land Rehabilitation, Restoration, and Land Reclamation. It is divided into five (5) phases, with a total projected land area of 518.8 Hectares. Phase 1 — the land Rehabilitation and Restoration (67.12 Hectares) — is a titled land portion adjacent to the proposed Sangley Point International Airport (SPIA), which makes it unique from other reclamation projects in the Philippines. Phases 2–5 (518.8 Hectares) comprise the reclamation part that will support one of our main goals: to build a brand-new smart city in Cavite City.

On-going Negotiations for the Broadband Facility
Active discussions are underway with INFINIVAN to establish a Data Center and broadband backbone within Sangley Westbay City.

Westmont Development Corporation
A nickel mining company located at the South of Palawan, under a mining agreement with the Indigenous People of Berong, the Aramaywan and Tagbanwa tribes. The mining agreement is still under negotiation with TVI Mining Corporation (Villar Group), Berong Nickel Mining (BNC — Consunji Group) and MCCI of the Atayde Group.

Exploring Partnership with Nickel Mining Business
Ongoing engagements with TVI Resource Development (Phils.) Inc., MCCI Corporation, and other partners to bring nickel mining operations on-stream on Tagbanua ancestral land in Palawan.

Sangley Bay Westbay City & Sangley Energy Integrated Terminal

Concept studies cover reclamation and runway-area options, a 200-hectare tank farm with 48 tanks (24 million barrels total capacity), marine jetty interface, bathymetric surveys, and full supporting infrastructure.
